2 chicken breasts
16 oz jar of Salsa
1 onion, chopped
15 oz chicken broth
4 cans Great
Northern beans, drained and rinsed
Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream
Fritos
In an instant pot, add beans, salsa, corn, chicken broth, onions and chicken. Cook for 15 minutes for fresh chicken or 20 for frozen chicken, then natural release for 20 minutes. Shred chicken. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, and Frito chips .
