Chinese Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 medium onion
1 small can chicken noodle soup
1 small can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown meat. Add celery and onion. Add soups and water. Bring to a
boil. Add rice and soy sauce.
Place into a  9 x 13 casserole pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees F. for I hour. Yield 10 servings
