This is the simplest fruit dip and it wonderful I am asked how I make this often and I am almost embarrassed to tell...
1 large (6 oz) box Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix ( I use sugar free)
2 cups cold skim milk
8 ounces frozen whipped topping
Make pudding as directed on package. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with any kind of fruit.
Note: If you make Jell-O brand sugar-free pudding with Hood Countdown non-fat milk the whole package made is only 3 points. If you make it with skim milk it is 6 points. This is without frozen whipped topping.
