Sausage Dip with Ro-tel

1 pound breakfast sausage (you can use what ever kind of sausage you like- italian, hot etc.)
2  (8 oz)  pkgs. Cream Cheese
1 (10 oz) can Ro-tel (drained)

Brown the sausage and drain excess oil.  Add cream cheese and cook until completely melted. Add the Ro-tel and mix well.

Serve with crackers
