Cincinnati Chili

1 lb lean ground beef
1 med onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato paste
1 tblspoon chili powder
3/4 tsp gr cumin
1/4 tsp each, salt and pepper

Cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hr, stirring occassionally. Serve over spaghetti, top with chopped onions, cheese and sour cream. (I don't top with onions!)
**** I haven't tried this yet, but i wanted to remember it!
