1 pound stew meat
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water
Brown meat, then combine all ingredients in a large roaster or crock pot. Cover
and bake at 275 for 5 to 8 hours. Or simmer in a crock-pot on low all day.
