Dublin Irish Bread

Dry Ingredients - Mix all together
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup (heaping) old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup (heaping steel cut oats
1/4 cup (heaping) sunflower seeds
1/4 cup (heaping) pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Liquid Ingredients - Mix all together
1/2 cup Guinness beer
4 T. black strap molasses
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 T. melted Irish butter

Combine dry and liquid ingredients
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a bread pan.
Remove from pan and bake for 15 more minutes.
