Whole Wheat Waffles

1 cup whole wheat kernels
1 cup milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs

Blend 1 cup whole-wheat kernels and 1 cup milk for 5 minutes on high in a strong blender.  Add 1/2 cup milk and bend 1 more minute.  Add salt, baking powder, oil and eggs.  Blend until mixed.  Cook on medium-low skillet for pancakes, or in a waffle iron.  Enjoy!
