Sour Cream Cheese Cake


Crust
20 graham crackers (2 pkgs.), finely crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar

Bake 10 minutes at 300 degrees

1st Layer
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes

2nd Layer
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsps. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix well and carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutesa
Cool thoroughly.
Serve with fruit or topping of your choice.
