Orange Pineapple Sushine Cake


1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
11 oz can mandarin oranges (undrained)

Mix together 1-2 minutes.
Flour and grease 3 9 inch round pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15-29 minutes.  Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove from pan to cooling rack to finish cooling.  It tries to stick to the pan.

Frosting
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 T sugar
11.2 oz. Jell-O cheesecake
8 oz. Sour cream

Blend well.  Then fold in
9 ounces cool whip.  

Spread filling between layers of cake.
