3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows (for topping)
Cook sweet potatoes or yams until done. Peel. Mash together. Add in brown sugar, salt, and butter.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes
Sprinkle the top of the potatoes with 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows during the last 5 minutes. Brown lightly.
