Lemon Poppy Seed Cake


Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix 
4 eggs
1 package lemon pudding (small box)
1 cup water
½ cup oil  
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix all the ingredients together. Beat for 3 minutes. Bake in a Bundt pan or 45 minutes at 350. Frost when cool.

Frosting:
4 oz. Cream cheese 
3 tbsp. butter
1 cup powdered sugar 
½ tsp vanilla

Blend this together, and then fold in ½ container frozen whipped topping.
