2 ripe bananas;
mashed
¼ c + 1 tbsp.
buttermilk (or any milk works fine)
1 ½ c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ c oil
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 ¾ c flour
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all the
ingredients together until well combined. Pour into bread pans. Bake @ 325 for
1 hour and 20 minutes.
