Wild Rice Stuffing


1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
5 slices bacon, sliced
2-3 TBSP reserved bacon grease
1 medium onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1/3 cup heavy cream
A few shakes of nutmeg (optional)

Cook rice according to package directions.
Cut bacon into small pieces and cook until slightly crispy.
Drain bacon on paper towels, reserving some grease for the stuffing.

Stir cooked rice with cooked bacon and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake at 325* until veggies are tender, about 1 hour.
