Hot Potato Salad

8 medium RED potatoes, boiled and peeled
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 pint sour cream, light
1 can cream of chicken soup, light
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, garnish
parsley, garnish

Boil potatoes.  Peel and cube.
Mix together melted butter, sour cream, soup, onion, cheese salt and pepper, and garlic salt.
Mix in potatoes.  Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley. Place in sprayed 9x13 inch pan.
This can be cooked at 350 degrees for 1 hour or even better at about 300 degrees for several hour.
