Pumpkin Bread

1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour (I use bread four, but all-purpose would work also)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)
Chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin, oil, sugar, and eggs.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, spices, etc;
Stir into the pumpkin mixture until well blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
