Green Chile Burritos

Filling
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grren chile, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp flour
1 cup water

Brown meat amd saute onions, drain fat
Add chopped green chile and salts.
Prepare a gravy by disolving flour into meat
Pour in 1 cup water and stir well. Simmer 10-15 minutes.


Burritoss
12 Flour torillas
1 lb longhorn or cheddar cheese, grated
2 large onions, diced
1/2 head lettuce shredded,
guacamole
1 large tomato, diced.

Spread 1/4 cup sauce along outer edge of eah torilla; sprinkle with cheese and onion.
Roll jelly-roll syle or into thirds.
Placeseam down onto cookie sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Smother with extra sauce, guacamole*, tomatoes and exra cheese.

*Costa Vida Salad dressing is also really good.
