Emily's Pancakes

2 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and liquids ingredients in another.  Combine both bowls and mix until nearly smooth, some lumps are okay. Cook on hot griddle.  For thicker pancakes, use less milk.
