Christmas Eve Cheese Ball


16 ounces cream cheese (2 pkgs.) softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon pimiento, chopped
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
cayenne pepper sauce, dash
dash of salt
1 cup pecans, chopped

Soften cream cheese.  Grate cheddar cheese.  Chop green peppers, green onions and pecans.

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pimento, green peppers, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper sauce and salt.

Shape into ball.  Roll into chopped pecans.

Chill for several hours.  Serve with crackers or celery.
