Sweet Potato Soufflé

Sweet Potato Mixture:
3 cups sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping: 
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Boil sweet potatoes until tender.  Drain potatoes, peel and mash.  Add sugar, eggs, salt, butter, and vanilla.  Mix well and put into a greased 9x13 casserole pan.  Sprinkle pecan topping over sweet potato mixture.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
