Emily's Version of Mom's Vegetable Soup

2-3 large potatoes, diced
1 sweet potato, diced
2 carrots, chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 large can of tomato soup
1 small can of tomatoes, blended
½ pound ground turkey or ground beef
1 small cabbage head, chopped
1 bag frozen corn
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. splenda or sugar

Boil potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots in chicken broth and 2 cans of water until soft.  Add all others ingredients and cook on medium heat until cabbage is softened. 

Notes:
Sometimes I’ll add a little bit of chili powder to give it a little kick.
Yummy served with ritz crackers
