Bulgogi (Korean marinated beef)

1 lb thinly sliced beef (or chicken)
2 tbsp sugar (or monk fruit)
1 long green onion chopped (green end only)
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix ingredients together and marinate for at least an hour (longer is better). Cook on high heat. Serve over rice.

I usually double this.

Lyle's grandparents lived in South Korea for a while, and this is a recipe they brought back that the family loves. It is super yummy!
