Lemonade Frosting

1/2 cup butter (1 cube) at room temperature
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups confectioners sugar

Combine the butter, lemon juice, vanilla, and confectioners sugar.  Add more lemon juice or confectioners sugar to adjust consistency.
