Crustless Broccoli Quiche

1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/8 t. pepper
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup and 2 T. Bisquick
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt

Directions:

Cook broccoli in glass measuring cup with 1/2 inch of water, covered with plastic wrap, until tender (about 2 minutes in microwave.)  Drain thoroughly.  Mix broccoli, onion, and cheese in pie pate.  Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.  Pour into 10-inch pie plate.  Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until top is golden and a knife comes out clean.  Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting it.
