Copycat Zupa Tuscana

Ingredients:
8 red potatoes, cut up into bite sized pieces
1 lb mild sausage
10 cups chicken broth
1 onion
1 can of evaporated milk
kale
red pepper flakes and italian spice to taste

Boil potatoes is the broth.
At the same time brown the meat and onion. Add red pepper flakes at the end of cooking the meat.
Combine meat onion into the broth. Add continue to boil until the potatoes are soft.
Add any Italian blend spices to taste if you want.
Add kale and milk just before you serve.
